ABOUT TANAY JAIN

I am a purpose-driven undergraduate with a strong foundation in liberal arts and a proven track record in leadership, public speaking, and project execution across national and international platforms. My experiences—from serving as Executive Member of The Debating Society and Core Committee Member at Parivartan: The Gender Forum, to representing Madhya Pradesh in the Government of India’s Youth Exchange—have shaped a holistic understanding of teamwork, strategic thinking, and cultural intelligence. With hands-on experience in marketing, digital design, academic coordination, and content strategy through AIESEC and various college initiatives, I’ve led high-impact projects involving 400+ stakeholders and created platforms for dialogue, inclusion, and innovation. I also bring a technical edge, having built digital dashboards, managed event logistics, and driven social media engagement strategies. Currently preparing for my MBA, I’m building a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, and leadership to transition into roles that intersect youth development, public policy, and sustainable business. I am particularly interested in how organisations can leverage people, processes, and purpose to solve complex problems.
