In addition to Social Work my training includes Medical Anthropology, Bioethics and Medical Ethics consultation. Clinical specialties: anticipatory grief, anxiety/stress, mindfulness, compassion, trauma, individuals and families living with life limiting illness, clients with multiple diagnoses, negotiating goals of care, family-provider mediation, medical ethics consultation.In my coaching practice I use Compassion Based Resilience Training (CBRT) and various introspective strategies. Coaching does not involve treatment for a diagnosed mental health issues which are typically treated with psychotherapy.I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including integrated behavioral health, transplant, critical care, hospice & palliative care. I have considerable policy development experience in multidisciplinary policy committees (Anatomical Specimens, Brain Death, Organ Donation, Kidney donation, Code Status, Palliative Care, and Ethics). I received research funds and carried out research projects using ethnography, domain analysis and various qualitative research methodologies
