As a first-generation college graduate with over a decade of experience in collegiate athletics, I’ve built my career at the intersection of sports, student development, and program leadership. I am now the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance & Eligibility at Langston University, where I manage all aspects of NAIA eligibility, compliance operations, and athlete certification.Beyond compliance, my work extends into game operations, event management, and campus-wide engagement — including coordinating major events like our Homecoming tailgate and supporting initiatives that strengthen the student and fan experience. I take pride in creating programs, systems, and experiences that help scholar-athletes succeed both academically and athletically.My long-term goal is to serve as an Athletic Director at an HBCU, where I can continue building innovative programs, supporting coaches, elevating student-athlete success, and strengthening community engagement. Every chapter of my journey has deepened my commitment to uplifting the community through education, opportunity, and sport.
