About Tana Green
I am the Lead Consultant for Product Development at AIM Consulting, a leader in technology consulting services. With over 26 years of experience in Experience Design and Product Strategy, I support our clients in realizing their business ideas in order to achieve better engagement with their customers. I work across the entire spectrum of the creative process, inspiring our designers to work at the height of their craft and delivering innovative solutions for enterprise and eCommerce customers in various industries.Before joining AIM, I was an Associate Director of Product Strategy at IQVIA, where I led the UX strategy for several products in the Orchestrated Customer Engagement suite, and a UX stakeholder for the Apollo Design System. I also have a strong background in accessible design, responsive web design, and communications platforms, having worked as a Lead UX Designer at Filter Digital and other agencies. I have a degree in Architecture from Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University. I am passionate about applying human-centered design principles, digital thinking processes, agile methodologies, and mentoring skills to my work. My mission is to craft better experiences for users at work, in school, at home, or when they need to be healthier. I also run a scalable organization that offers low-carbon travel experiences to customers as a sole-proprietor.
