As a content and change strategist, technical writer, and certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud wizard, I\'ve made a career out of helping teams (and execs!) get it. I also thrive in leadership roles, having served as a team lead for a talented crew of demo architects where I helped build scalable processes, drive collaboration, and turn great ideas into repeatable success.For over 16 years at Salesforce, I\'ve worn many hats, some stylish, some hard. I\'ve led content strategy and enablement efforts, crafted scalable demos, ghostwritten for AI thought leadership, and helped shape our certification exams as a Subject Matter Expert 🤓. I\'m certified in both Marketing Cloud Administration and as an Email Specialist, and I\'ve trained everyone from Salesforce employees to enthusiastic customers at conferences and workshops.Outside of my day job, I\'ve served as the Global Communication Chair for the Genforce Equality Group, built marketing workshops for the East Oakland Collective, stocked shelves with Common Pantry and racked up enough volunteer hours to be named a Salesforce Volunteer Rockstar six years and counting. I delight in giving back!When I\'m not reimagining enablement frameworks or decoding AI lingo, you can find me cooking elaborate meals 🦐 while watching other people cook on TV (very meta, I know), traveling with my husband, catching a concert, or exploring every nook and cranny of Chicago. I collect vinyl toys, spot four-leaf clovers like it\'s a superpower, and firmly believe the 90s were peak culture.
