I am a parent of three children, a believer of God and an advocate for the geriatric population. I travel to memory care communities across the nation to help build census, programs and implement strategies to promote positive fiscal growth. I am a firm advocate of coaching and mentoring associates, helping them grow personally as well as professionally. I have over 20 years experience in healthcare operations, including sales and marketing, recreational programming and I have developed, owned, and operated a business in geriatric care.
