The transactions landscape has evolved over time from it’s initial one-dimensional and traditional approaches to one driven by multiple aspects. Those aspects, such as urbanization, demographic change and technology are some of the key disruptors to this landscape. From that, the considerations and rationales impacting a transaction move beyond financial metrics such as profitability and RoI. They must now include issues such as autonomy, connectivity, design, sharing, robotics and digital, amongst others, across all sectors. And where I come in? Helping our clients navigate through this constantly evolving model and converging backdrop, focusing on drivers or key value influencing parameters.
