Needs updating]Senior Agile Delivery Manager within ITV Streaming currently leading delivery across the Core Experience Product Group for ITV’s freshest streaming service ITVX.ITVX has been an interesting business backed streaming project pulling together the best of ITV Hub and Britbox into a single fresh service, ensuring stability, reusability and accessibility across the entire platform. As well as managing delivery for two teams, I’m across a further five that make up the Core Experience Product Group. Working with other ADMs to understand and agree delivery plans, and with ADMs, Product Managers and Engineering Managers to understand inter-team and inter-product group dependencies. Scrum of Scrums has been a godsend!Regularly meeting with working groups from across the business to understand upstream and downstream deliverables, helping each other agree requirements, approach, and clear any risks, issues and dependencies.Working closely with Directors of Product and Engineering to ensure transparency of progress, commitment, issues and uncertainty. As launch approached, conversations turned to trade-offs to ensure our December launch.I’ve been heavily involved in the rollout of the new product which started mid November and will take us to the official product launch on 8th December. Along with the other Senior Delivery Managers I’m supporting our Head of Delivery, and am committed to embedding best practices across our teams. I line-manage four delivery managers, and have a further five who I regularly check in with, providing support and coaching as needed.
