I am a transformational leader who aligns cross-functional high performing professionals to deliver exceptional business value, increased productivity, and decreased risk. I am an innovative collaborator who actively seeks to develop high-performing teams that can identify and implement technology solutions while managing key risks successfully. I am also a technology-centric executive who consistently partners with high-performing vendors to create rightsized solutions for defined business needs. I have extensive experience facilitating technology and operations personnel through change and within a federated business structure. This experience has made me a successful agent of change management who plans, implements, and measures for strategic growth initiatives in technology, sales, and operations. I joined Ferrellgas under the acquisition of Blue Rhino in 2004, and I’ve been a proud member of the Ferrellgas team ever since. Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded Master Limited Partnership that, through its operating partnership, Ferrellgas, L.P, and subsidiaries, serves propane customers in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Our headquarters are located in Liberty, Missouri, and our Initial Public Offering was June 28, 1994. As of April 30, 2021, we have 4,857,605 units, with our employees indirectly owning 1,138,812 units of the partnership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We trade on the OTC Pink market under the ticker symbol FGPR.
