I have been in management most of my life in one form or another. The mortgage industry is always changing, moving, creating, expanding, and contracting; that is the piece that is exciting for me, because it is never boring, never tedious. I have been with a couple of lenders over the years, and the one - MOST-important things that I have learned is that it is about the people. Customers, business partners, and your work family are what it is all about. I have worked with some of the most amazing individuals in my career, and am taking a piece of each one of them every where I go.
