Before joining Brightmine I worked for over 25 years in Human Resources where I held leadership roles in multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, benefit plan administration, payroll administration and performance management and compensation. I successfully transitioned HR skills and expertise to legal publishing and at Brightmine I\'m responsible for leading a team of employment law specialists to execute content strategy designed to support and achieve organizational goals. For more than 20 years, Brightmine™, formerly XpertHR, has worked with over customers, partners, and employees, innovating with new technology and getting to know what shapes the world’s most successful businesses and workforces.
