As a biologists on the Recovery Planning Team (RPT) at FWS Headquarters, I support Endangered Species Act (ESA) recovery planning activities. The RPT is a newly formed nationwide team that develops recovery planning documents for a backlog of listed species without recovery plans. I am working to create roadmaps to recovery and improve the consistency and efficiency of the process.
