ABOUT TAMMY W. BROWN

As a cardiac sonographer at a level-1 trauma center, I apply my RDCS certification and over 20 years of ultrasound experience to perform echocardiograms for physicians to diagnose cardiac abnormalities. I work directly with the structural heart team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while performing ultrasounds during patient procedures, such as TAVR, Mitral Clips, and Watchman. I also communicate effectively with physicians and patients, explaining the process and answering any questions or concerns.Previously, I was a clinical sales specialist for Canon and Philips, where I leveraged my background as a sonographer, sales support, and customer care solution center representative to educate and persuade customers on the features and benefits of our products, and to provide them with high-quality account management and clinical support. I contributed to millions of dollars in revenue generation and helped acquire and retain key accounts. I am passionate about applying my ultrasound expertise and problem-solving skills to improve cardiac health outcomes and customer satisfaction.
