Tammy Watson-Smith is a retired Principal and the Operations Leader for Mercer in the West Market. She is responsible for managing improvement processes and communication activities as well as project scoping and planning to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. She acts as a strategic thinking partner to the Market CEO on new initiatives, business issues or concerns. Tammy is also Co-chair of the MMC Global Black Colleague Network, responsible for setting direction, strategy and goals for the Black colleagues in MMC. The GBCN provides a platform for Black colleagues across the global enterprise to engage with each other personally and professionally. She has over 20 years of experience in managing people and operations for large and complex client accounts.
