A global leader in financial data, analytics, and technology solutions, Equifax (NYSE: EFX) is one of the Big Three credit reporting agencies with over employees worldwide and annual revenue of $5.1B. • Define and execute the core strategy across five lines of business, including Financial Services (Top-140 Customers), Sales Agent Partners (2,100 customers), Non-Mortgage Resellers (120 Customers), and Enterprise Sales customers). Lead relationships with 280 technology partners that deliver Equifax data to clients. Manage six direct reports, a national organization of 150 indirect personnel, and a combined P&L responsibility of $275M. Collaborate with the product, technology, and marketing functions to develop new products and enhancements and maximize sales team effectiveness. Continuously create and refine operating processes for account planning, pipeline development, contract negotiation, reporting, recruiting, training, and executive engagement. • Took over the Financial Services group in early 2020. Put in place a new business operating model, optimized workforce talent, and rebuilt the direct sales team and leadership. • Stood up a new Credit Union vertical Created the overall strategy, secured funding, and hired a new team. This is a top strategic initiative in Equifax’s US business and surpassed YoY 2021/2022 revenue objectives by 21%.
