Thanks for dropping by to say hello!Born and raised in the outport town of Harbour Breton, Newfoundland and Labrador, I was surrounded by entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of community, and a deep love for the land. That foundation continues to anchor everything I do. I’m a graduate of Memorial University’s Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) program with a minor in Economics, and hold a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute.Today, as the founder of Rising Tide Consulting, I work with entrepreneurs, organizations, and change-makers to bring structure to ideas and momentum to growth. Our services range from strategic planning and event management to fractional project management to impact evaluation measurement. I’m told I have a knack for blending heart-led leadership with big-picture thinking and for creating space where people feel supported, heard, empowered, and understood.Beyond my laptop screen, you can find me packing my suitcase for the next trip, catching up on my to-read shelf, or at a local café in search of the perfect caramel macchiato!
