Soon thereafter I was approached by friends and acquaintances to represent their properties in Fredericksburg as well. We have grown from representing only my 19 B&B rooms in 2007 to representing over 130 rooms today. I continue to provide \"big picture\" guidance to my excellent staff on matters of marketing, goal setting, and customer relations.
