At Lantmännen Unibake UK, I lead all Talent and Employer Branding activities across three UK sites for a major FMCG manufacturing operation. My responsibilities include recruiting for all roles, delivering leadership tools and management development training, and partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to attract, source, and develop talent.I have designed and implemented a best-in-class onboarding strategy, led talent acquisition and pipeline initiatives, and delivered holistic training programs for both new and existing employees. My approach has resulted in a significant reduction in agency spend through direct delivery, and I have played a key role in developing our employer value proposition and emerging talent recruitment programs.
