Designed and implemented full experimentation framework (including python-based codebase, standard processes and templates/playbooks for test design, analysis and presentation) enabling scalable and reproducible test-and-learn initiatives across teams and clients- Delivering insights and interactive dashboards for our bespoke multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modelling methodologies helping inform media spend allocation and performance optimisation by making complex statistical results accessible to non-technical stakeholders- Conducting statistically sound causal inference (incrementality) studies (from test design to analysis) to determine campaign impact across channels and client portfolios- Automated reporting pipelines & workflows including validation checks, significantly reducing manual overhead time and errors- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across various teams to help embed experimentation framework within client strategy and manage measurement projects
