The mission is to galvanize leaders!Tammy Dowley-Blackman Group, LLC, into a certified National Supplier Development Council Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Administration (SBA) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Women’s Business Enterprise Network Council (WBENC) woman-owned company, as well as a graduate of the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Program. The company is comprised of a suite of brands, including TDB Group Strategic Advisory, a management consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development for the corporate, government, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors utilizing the proprietary TDB Group Truss Framework to foster innovative solutions, as well as Looking Forward Lab, which partners with corporations and higher education systems to offer a full-service learning engagement model that includes residencies, executive coaching, consulting, and training focused on Gen Z workplace development and support for their managers. In many ways I have operated individually and through my companies as an architect. The common thread of my multi-dimensional career has been leadership development, which I use to help design and deliver sustainable infrastructures that will go on touch scores of lives. At every instance-in my role as the CEO of two nationally affiliated nonprofits, where I helped to steward significant growth; during my decade serving as the founding Director of the Proteus Fund Diversity Fellowship, a successful nationally recognized human resources tool designed to bring more equitable representation and systemic change to large-scale philanthropic institutional systems, and as an entrepreneur partnering to help companies and organizations create, test and launch substantive work to solve major problems I have asked the question how do we galvanize leaders for change? I believe in people, communities, and ideas! I am fortunate that I have been granted the opportunity to build successful companies that serve corporate, government, nonprofit, and the philanthropic sectors. In addition, to the professional experience I am able to serve nationally via board service as the former president of the TSNE MissionWorks Board of Directors, where I helped to lead the $50 million-dollar organization through unprecedented leadership and business model change and expansion. I also continue to provide leadership as an Advisory Board member for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.The mission is to galvanize leaders!
