   At Disability Rights Texas, I manage the multi-year, statewide Community Justice Worker (CJW) Moonshot Program. I coordinate cross-organizational teams, vendors, and legal aid partners to design and launch a new justice access model that includes curriculum development, a learning platform, intake and reporting tools, and program evaluation aligned with funder requirements. My role blends strategy, operations, and collaboration to move this complex project forward and build sustainable systems that expand access to justice across Texas.
