I have worked in both retail and wireless communication fields. I excel at organization, communication and continuous improvement process skills. My previous work has included project management, leadership, Tier 1 mobile tech support, and customer service desk skills. I have accomplished over 21 years of successful and profitable business practices. I enjoy strategic decision-making, problem-solving and resolving conflict situations.While working on my MBA I achieved a lifetime membership to Mu Delta Mu International Business Honor Society. I am also a veteran. I served in the U.S. Army and acquired leadership skills with emphasis on a large team. During my time in the Army, I learned time management, teamwork and how to bring value and success to a team.I am currently back in school full-time for a Master\'s in IT - Project Management. I believe Information Technology is the future, and as a manager, I would like to further my education in this dynamic field. I am open in the meantime to any remote part-time work, internship, or contract work in this field to achieve some \"hands-on\" skills in this field while studying in school.
