Growing up and working on a farm provided me with many valuable life skills- hard work, dedication, determination and teamwork. I exhibited those skills throughout my career while becoming a \"jack of all trades\" as the saying goes. My primary focus is livestock management, from choosing quality genetics for breeding, analyzing nutritional diets and improving health protocols. I also enjoy crop production and operating equipment during planting and harvest. Farming is a business, so diving into financial records, cash flow and sustainability are all aspects I continue to improve upon. Challenges always arise, but having great people to work with and a positive attitude will help get you through any trying times.
