Have the ability to maintain ticket accuracy, answer guest questions, problem solve any issues, and ensure guests get to where they need to go, all while monitoring the game.Also work numerous special events on non-game days. These events can range from large scale events such as concerts, graduations, and fundraising walks to smaller more intimate events such as weddings, and corporate meetings.Recently recognized by my special events manager and the overall manager of ballpark operations for my handling of an incident that occurred during a non-game day event.
