Joined NTT Data at the end of their SAP S/4 HANA Project, just prior to UAT and Cutover. As a result, I worked quickly to ensure the respective project teams understood the Accounts Payable process and pain points. I took time to review and understand the legacy Accounts Payable processes, worked to build credibility and trust with the team, and was able to effectively communicate the existing processes in a manner that various audiences understood. I served as a change management agent, advocating for the adoption of SAP and other tools to lead to a more efficient AP process.Accomplishments:• Leveraged my SAP experience to help Accounts Payable navigate S/4 HANA.• Partnered with Business Process Leads for Accounts Payable, liaising with Procurement, Vendor Master, IT, Treasury, and Finance Senior Leadership.• Lead UAT training and testing for Accounts Payable team members, working through 37 stand-alone test scripts, 15 defects, and subsequent retesting.• Provided guidance and recommendations in the following areas: Data integrity related to supplier master records prior to cutover; Duplicate invoice entry, testing and resolving system issue prior to cutover; Invoice workflow issues, making suggestions for escalations and reminders for approval to pay.• Assisted in data migration management, supporting Supplier Master Conversion, Treasury and Accounts Payable.• Served as primary Hypercare support for Accounts Payable.
