Define, maintain, and own the product roadmap, backlog, and execution of initiatives to deploy new features and functionality aligned with business needs. Gather and incorporate stakeholder input into product roadmap while effectively negotiating tradeoffs of conflicting priorities based on business and customer value.Perform routine administrative functions such as, system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal loan codes and loan policy.Develop and maintain reports for time and process tracking, as well as any annual usage requirements. Create dashboards and processes that support continuous data quality improvement. Analyze and resolve data integrity issues. Works in conjunction with IT peers to develop and manage user roles, implement system changes, and define testing criteria for system upgrades. Directs third party-vendors on the execution of initiatives while maintaining a strong risk posture. Serves as top-level support resource for business line and end users, assisting with daily inquiries, system concerns and proper usage. Identifies training needs, develop materials and facilitates training for end users, including documentation; this includes new employee training, regulatory changes, new features, and refresher training as required.
