My brother got into a car accident when I was in middle school, which left him paralyzed. With a blind mother, we had to find a great nursing home for him. He is the reason why I decided to go into Long Term Care and become a LNHA. Its not just for the elderly. Its for anyone in need of care. I love been Administrator and working with individuals and families who appreciate my help. I am License in 3 states. I have 13 years of long term care experience with 10 years as a LNHA. I had 6 successful surveys. I worked permanent and interim. I bring versatility, excellent accounting skills, organization, and business and financial management with great leadership to any company. I had the best covid stats in Memphis, TN and other areas during the peak of the pandemic. I am excellent when it comes to staffing issues and budgets. I love new challenges. I love learning about the changes in health care policies and rules and regulations. I am an advocate for my residents and families. I am a strong, confident, and intelligent leader who strives on been the best. I am also very competitive. I also created an organization called BLAHC, which stands for Black Leaders and Administrators in Health Care.
