I’m someone who loves making the recruitment process smoother, smarter, and more efficient for everyone involved. Whether it’s saving time, cutting unnecessary costs, or improving the candidate and hiring manager experience, I enjoy digging into the full recruitment cycle to find opportunities that really make a difference.I spend a lot of time partnering with leaders across the business — from Heads of HR to functional Directors — helping shape roles, support workforce planning, and guide fair, effective hiring decisions. I like being the person hiring managers can rely on for clear updates, honest advice, and support throughout the recruitment journey.I’m also passionate about the data side of Talent Acquisition. I make sure our recruitment systems and demographic metrics are accurate so we can make smarter, more inclusive decisions. I work closely with our Talent, Development and Inclusion team to spot potential internal talent and understand people’s career aspirations, which helps build strong pipelines for the future.Along the way, I support and coach the team, helping build capability and ensuring we’re all working in a consistent, high-quality way. I also step in for the Head of Recruitment when needed, giving me valuable exposure to senior conversations and strategic projects.At my core, I’m always looking for ways to improve things — whether that’s refining processes, strengthening relationships with suppliers and agencies, or simply making it easier for colleagues and candidates to navigate the hiring experience.
