ABOUT TAMMY ROYER
Through my diverse experiences, I have decided to dedicate my life to children through my specialized training in Meditation, Yoga and Mindfulness. After over a decade of successfully managing several high end retail establishments I felt compelled to follow my passion, of assisting others. By mentoring and teaching others I use my specialized skills to motivate and inspire children to live up to their fullest potential. My mission is to implement meditation and yoga in our school systems so that I may directly impact their academic experience. By offering a new form of relief from their anxiety, they will be able to experience a more satisfying experience at school and home. Arming students with these coping mechanisms, my vision is that they will be able to excel in any environment. The reason being primarily because of the skills they have obtained to overcome their fears and anxiety. And the best part is. all of this is without the use of any medication.
