ABOUT TAMMY REILLY

A business executive and entrepreneur with 30 years of diversified leadership experience in the healthcare and the consumer merchandising and manufacturing industries. Extensive experience in all phases of commercialization. Proven leader and change manager in traditional and specialty markets in the healthcare arena. In the consumer products industry, range of experience includes patent development and filing, merchandising, manufacturer sourcing, infrastructure development, supply chain management and financing. 1) Owner TRDx LLC, a consulting company providing strategic and tactical advisory services to start-up and mature healthcare companies. Range of expertise includes; marketing, sales, publication strategy, value and access strategies, and policy strategy. 2) Chief Commercial Officer of XDx (now CareDx)- Transitioned this early stage R&D Company to commercialization within four months of employment; established all functional areas of the operations for this molecular diagnostic company. During my tenure had responsibilities for sales, marketing, customer service, reimbursement, policy, public relations, billing and patient advocacy. Established immediate commercial success for flagship product and exceeded goals each year. 3) Founder and Managing Partner of Real Life Products, LLC. Real Life Products merchandised and sold 11 products with over 50 skus in the consumer and professional outdoor living market.The company began booking sales in 2011 having successfully patented six products and licensed several others; all of which were sold in major e-commerce channels and big box stores. Real Life Products LLC also provided consulting services for all stages of new product development and commercialization.
