ABOUT TAMMY RAWLERSON

I am an experienced organizational development leader with over 15 years of driving cultural transformation, strategic people development, and operational excellence. I specialize in designing programs that go beyond compliance, initiatives that shift mindsets, increase retention, and elevate performance across the board. My background spans human resources, workforce development, and business operations, giving me a holistic lens on how systems, people, and strategy align. Whether I\'m facilitating leadership retreats, launching employee engagement strategies, or supporting enterprise-wide change, I bring clarity, empathy, and structure to every effort.Project Spotlight: Middle Management Learning and Development ProgramThe ChallengeMiddle managers were responsible for leading people through change, accountability, and performance evaluations without a consistent development framework. This showed up as uneven leadership practices, low confidence in difficult conversations, and inconsistent evaluations. The SolutionI designed and facilitated a year long learning and development cohort aligned to the academic calendar. The program focused on core people leadership skills including accountability, change management, employee relations, coaching, and performance management. Sessions were practical, scenario based, and built to reinforce learning over time rather than as one off training.Tools and StrategyI created a scalable professional development program template used across departments, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility. The launch of PageUp was integrated into the learning design so managers could immediately apply training to goal setting, feedback, and evaluations. PageUp became a development tool, not just a system requirement.ResultsManagers demonstrated increased confidence in performance conversations and evaluations. Leadership practices became more consistent across teams. Adoption of PageUp improved, and the quality of documented goals and evaluations strengthened, supporting both employee development and institutional accountability.Key TakeawayLearning and development is most effective when it is sustained, practical, and directly connected to how managers lead people every day.I’m passionate about helping organizations thrive through people-first solutions, and I thrive in environments where culture, communication, and continuous improvement are at the heart of the mission.
