Work with HR / IT Leaderships teams to analyze, design, and implement new/improved HR processes and technologies to drive simplification, automation, and improvement within the HR space. Key responsibilities include: • System Maintenance: Review, test and implement HRIS system upgrades. Collaborate with vendors and technical staff to plan and coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Main systems used are UKG/Cornerstone/Phenom/ServiceNow. Also manage the data access controls and security within HR. • Project Management: Provide project management support and guidance for system implementations. • Process Improvement: Recommend processes, innovative solutions, and policy changes that create efficiencies and/or allow for informed business decisions. • Reports: Manage a robust and efficient reporting environment that supports the business needs and leverages technology. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running audit reports and analyzing data. • Training: Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train HR colleagues and/or other organizational units on new processes/system functionality. Create and execute change management plans. • Collaborate with other functional leaders to drive cross-functional improvements.
