Manage day-to-day Absence Management Service Center for North America (US, PR and Canada) and have oversight responsibility for service delivery- Accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of absence and disability management services on local and regional basis in accordance with Company policies and programs- Responsible for using management control reports to meet or exceed service delivery standards- Monitor service delivery, service levels, contractual Performance Standards and scope of service commitments for all functions across the discipline and interact with third party vendors- Partner with internal business partners (Employee Relations, Payroll, Legal), and third party vendors across North America- Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot and recommend solutions by instituting administrative changes to improve outcomes, productivity and accuracy- Create, maintain, and update documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures- Manage Leave of Absence Specialist- Consult with Corporate Services and third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes for all leave benefits and time off programs.
