About Tammy Jackson
Helping pastors & ministry leaders lead effectively, expand their influence, and sustain their calling—without burnout or exhaustion. Too many high-achieving leaders work twice as hard for half the recognition while running on empty. I help them step into their full leadership potential, prioritize well-being, and create a thriving, sustainable ministry. Because I’ve been-there-done-that, I help faith leaders—including clergy, teachers, and nonprofit leaders—find balance, avoid burnout, and thrive in their work and personal lives. With years of experience serving congregations and leading in ministry, I understand the unique challenges of leading in faith-based spaces. Through coaching, speaking, and writing, I empower male and female leaders to embrace holistic wellness—spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially—so they can lead with confidence and joy.
