Open new positions in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and ensure accurate job postings.• Submit new position requests for approval and monitor their progress.• Post approved job openings on career pages and other relevant platforms.• Screen for Qualified Candidates for each job opening• Phone screen candidates to refer to the Hiring Managers in the Clinics• Schedule In-Person Interviews with Hiring Managers• Create and send offer letters through DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.• Hire candidates in Greenhouse and transition them into UKG for onboarding.• Assist HR Business Partners with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hire
