As Associate Director, Raytheon Portfolio Manager, Real Estate at RTX, I am responsible for providing Real Estate leadership for a key segment of the global Raytheon portfolio consisting of over 12M SF of real estate responsibility. The portfolio spans multiple sites, regions and countries. I have over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, and I hold a Real Estate Broker license and a Notary Public certification from the State of Tennessee. My core competencies include transactions management, lease administration, contract and project management. I have a proven track record of negotiating complex deals, managing critical dates, and providing end-to-end solutions that meet the client\'s business and real estate needs.    Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of RTX’s real estate portfolio for the Southeast Region and LATAM, which encompasses 127+/- leased and/or owned properties (14.5M+ square feet). Accountable for the execution of an end-to-end portfolio life cycle solution, meeting the client’s business and real estate needs by laying out options, strategy, process, and tools while providing daily oversight. Daily oversight includes critical date, transaction, and brokerage management. Collaborate closely with Center of Excellence cross-functional teams such as, facilities, workplace strategy and project delivery.
