I’ve spent 30 years working inside organizations and advising leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, team dynamics and large-scale change.As organizations face increasing complexity, including rapid advances in AI, the demands on leaders are not decreasing, they are increasing.While technology is evolving quickly, the human side of leadership — how people think, decide, and respond under pressure — remains a critical factor in performance.My work focuses on helping leaders and teams navigate that intersection.Today I advise executives and leadership teams navigating complex organizational challenges including change, performance pressure, and leadership transitions.
