Hi, I’m Tammie. I help leaders and teams move through change in a way that creates real transformation. Not just doing things differently, but seeing differently. Shifting how they relate, think, and lead. I care about keeping things human. Building trust. Finding clarity in complexity. Supporting people as they grow in systems that don’t always make it easy. My background brings together creative leadership, facilitation, adult development, and team dynamics. I’m an ICF-certified coach, trained in UGL and FUGL, and now work as a Leadership Expert at Volvo Cars. I design and deliver leadership programs, coach management teams, and support global networks. Before Volvo, I led design and concept teams and later worked in transformative learning environments like Hyper Island. That mix of creative leadership and people development still runs through everything I do. Whether I’m coaching a new manager or working with senior teams, I want to help people lead with more connection and less autopilot.
