Understanding of change and project/program management in a highly regulated environment (the medical device industry).Foster, coordinate, advocate for & ensure support for associates committed to performing the Change Management role for portfolio projects. Mentor or help connect mentors to associates working or interested in Change Management and spread awareness and excitement for Change Management throughout the division, especially in areas such as the diversity networks. Develop, lead, and coordinate the ‘upskilling’ of Change Management for interested associates in the division, including various classes and forums. Own and advance the Change Management toolkit, ensuring the proper use & training, integration into the project life cycle, and ensuring other visibility & coordination with others within the organization. Act as a change manager, as needed, or as the dedicated Change Manager for critical deliverables on projects requiring additional Change Management facilitating and leading various groups, virtually and in-person, to teach Change Management.
