Tammi Hayes has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, with a distinguished background spanning investment banking, venture funding, business development, go-to-market execution, and strategic consulting. Her expertise cuts across software, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity, and she has worked extensively with private equity and venture capital firms, high-growth technology startups, and leading global enterprise software security companies. As President/Founder of Capital Strategies Group LLC, a boutique investment banking and technology advisory firm, Ms. Hayes operates at the executive level, driving revenue growth, enterprise pipeline development, and strategic expansion for her clients. Her work includes M&A advisory, corporate and go-to-market strategy, structuring strategic partnerships, venture capital fundraising, and complex financial transactions. She is particularly known for acting as a force multiplier for early and growth-stage companies by accelerating commercial traction with large, global enterprise customers and helping management teams convert executive relationships into material revenue and long-term pipeline. Ms. Hayes has been instrumental in brokering the sale of multiple private security companies to large public firms. In addition to transaction execution, she is frequently engaged to help companies refine enterprise sales strategy, position products with Fortune 500 buyers, and scale repeatable go-to-market motions across commercial and regulated industries. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hayes was a Partner at Good Harbor Consulting, a Washington, D.C.–based advisory firm, where she focused on homeland security, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and counterterrorism. She was also on the Board of Good Harbor Partners, a SPAC focused on security-related acquisitions, and was a Director at RSA Security, where she successfully led the company’s early consumer business line—driving significant revenue growth in a newly formed market segment. Ms. Hayes co-founded and managed Futuris Capital, a $22 million private equity fund formed with senior Wall Street investment bankers to provide seed capital to early-stage technology companies. She has led multiple successful exits, including an acquisition by RSA Security. Ms. Hayes is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity, go-to-market strategy, and the intersection of innovation and enterprise adoption. In 2024, she was named a Women to Watch Honoree by SC Media. She was also recognized as Cybersecurity Consultant of the Year by the Cybersecurity Excellence Group.
