Amazon\'s acquisition of Ring not only made it easy for the e-commerce giant to get into home security services and devices, but it provided a new outlet for its own voice assistant, Alexa. Since its founding in 2013, Ring has been on a mission to make neighborhoods safer. From the first-ever video doorbell, to the award-winning DIY Ring Alarm system, Ring’s smart home security product line, as well as the Neighbors app, offer users affordable whole-home and neighborhood security. At Ring, we are committed to making home and neighborhood security accessible and effective for everyone while working hard to bring communities together. I oversee the execution and to day-to-day processes of operational projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives. Responsible for building effective partnerships with our cross functional business teams, manage operational and efficiency projects, User Interface workflows, business partners and external agencies. Key job responsibilities are: • Independently manage the development and execution of small to large operational programs with wide reaching impact. • Partake as a stakeholder in new country launches. • Continue to define and improve on existing processes and utilize workflow tools with a global development team. • Monitor and manage team priorities and capacity planning roadmap, ensuring adherence to project guidelines. • Drive goals and team reporting in partnership with Director of Operations Performance and Excellence.
