About Tamir V.
So how did I get here? My marketing journey started behind a camera.I was running a small video production studio in Boston, mostly for local businesses and restaurants. At the time, I thought my job was just to make things look good. What I was really learning was how to tell stories that made people feel something - curiosity, hunger, trust. But I also realized it has to move people to take action. Years later, I realized that’s exactly what great ads do. I gravitated towards craving stories that move people. But I also learned pretty quickly that good creative alone isn’t enough. So I went to the other extreme. During my time at Wayfair, I went deep into data and analytics - and I mean deep. SQL, GA, attribution models, incrementality tests, ad managers. I wanted to understand how growth actually works under the hood. Eventually, though, spending all day in spreadsheets got dry. That’s when I found my way to paid social, where creative and data finally met in the middle.I’ve worked in-house at 9- and 10-figure brands and on the agency side, helping dozens of 7-9 figure brands scale profitably. I’ve led media, creative strategy, and ad production, and one thing became very clear: a $10M brand, a $100M brand, and a $1B brand don’t have the same problems - and they shouldn’t be using the same playbook. Which is why I stay away from generic advice.I believe growth isn’t just about scaling revenue. It’s also about cutting losses fast. I’ve saved clients over $20M by running real incrementality tests, exposing wasted spend, and reallocating budgets to what actually works - sometimes that means changing channels, sometimes spending less and getting the same results, and sometimes that means pivoting creative approach.I’m known for telling the uncomfortable truth, but I always come with a plan and compassion. Sometimes that plan involves my agency. Sometimes it means helping teams build in-house. The DTC world is small, and doing what’s right matters more than short-term wins.I live and breathe food, beverage, kitchen, and home brands - and I’ve also sat in the founder’s seat myself as a co-founder of two brands. I treat every dollar like it’s my own. Always have.If you’re feeling stuck with ads, happy to chat - no pitch, no pressure, just a real conversation.
