   ServiceNow is a high growth company who has grown in size by nearly 80% during my time thus far. I’ve used my driven, hungry and humble, win as a team mentality to build our Early in Career Digital Go To Market sales business from the ground up. This work has included global strategy setting, growth plans, field promotion rates, employee survey goals, best in class diversity and belonging as well as deep dives into attraction and retention. The Digital team has nearly doubled in size, globally, in the past 2 years. Employee Voice Survey Engagement scores are 7% higher than the company. Develop strategy for recruiting diverse talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition partners. Created step increases as one form of retention to keep our EIC talent engaged and growing on their career plan to the field. Write and deliver quarterly diversity, inclusion and belonging trainings to emphasize our belonging culture. Diversity hiring is up 3+ pts YOY. Envision and develop a Masterclass, one to many, mentor program. Collaborated across multiple cross functional teams to create custom career leveling guides for multiple positions to be used as a guide for promotion consideration and performance reviews. Hired and onboarded 3 VP’s, 2 of which are diverse. Executive coaching with Digital GTM leader helped lead her promotion to SVP after 1 year as a VP.
