My career journey, spanning over 15 years in technology, has focused on using tech to help companies work smarter.Right now, I\'ve co-founded machinemade. It\'s a new AI startup focused on requirements engineering (we’re still in stealth mode). Just before this, I started an AI R&D agency, working with a team on practical applications for artificial intelligence in business.Earlier, I was a Senior Project Manager at an AI startup in Munich, leading smart city projects that used LiDAR sensors and AI software in cities around Germany and Europe. Before I got deep into the startup world, I managed big tech projects at Jenoptik, tackling real industry challenges. My career began with consulting for companies like Audi, Airbus, and VW, helping them solve engineering and tech problems.I studied Mechanical Engineering at HAW Hamburg and have kept learning since, especially in areas like digital strategy and leadership.Beyond my main work, I’m also the co-founder and chairman of naturefit e.V, an NGO that supports social organizations in becoming more sustainable and effective through digital methods and smarter business models. Our team has grown to over 50 people, all committed to using technology for good.
