Knowledgeable on industry standards, regulations and guidance such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMM/CMMi, 21 CFR Part 820, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA, ICH GCP, GLP, ISPE GAMP 5, etc. and have consulted customer organizations. Trainer on Process, Regulations and Clinical Research Domain. Conducted many training workshops and sessions within Zifo and have been an external guest speaker and trainer for educational institutions. Prior to Zifo, was with Infosys, one of the leading Information Technology service providers for about 10 years, in executing and managing various IT projects, taking up different responsibilities of Account Management, Project Management, People Management, Customer Management, Operational Efficiency Management, etc. both in India as well as in the US.
