As the founder of Regulation, I design and facilitate trauma-informed wellness experiences centered on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and community care. I lead breathwork, sound baths, and meditation classes at events across mid-Missouri, integrating principles of polyvagal theory and sensory-based support.In addition to facilitation, I manage all aspects of the business, including event planning, curriculum development, and the production of handmade wellness products under the Regulation Rituals label. I am currently fundraising and building partnerships in preparation to launch a permanent venue later this year.My certifications include:– Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga (with Dr. Arielle Schwartz)– Sound Therapy and Sound Healing– Drum Circle Leadership (Drum Circle Leadership Foundation)– Polyvagal Certificate Program (The Polyvagal Institute, with Dr. Stephen Porges)
