ABOUT TAMIL SELVI. R

A Postgraduate M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis) graduate from Sri Ramachandra University with focused academic and hands-on training in Analytical Research and Development, particularly Bioanalytical Method Development and Validation.My postgraduate dissertation, “Method Development and Validation of Esomeprazole in Human Plasma by UPLC-MS/MS”, was carried out in compliance with ICH M10 guidelines. Over an intensive 8-month research period, I gained practical experience in method development, method validation, and bioanalytical sample analysis using biological matrices, strengthening my analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data integrity practices.I have hands-on exposure to analytical instruments including UV–Visible Spectrophotometry, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and IR, with a strong understanding of chromatographic techniques, validation parameters, and bioanalytical workflows. My training has instilled a disciplined approach toward data accuracy, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance.In addition, I possess foundational knowledge of ALCOA+ principles, OOS, CAPA, deviation handling, GDP, and GLP, along with academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs concepts such as ICH guidelines, CTD/eCTD dossier structure, GxP compliance, and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, CDSCO)—which complements my analytical R&D role and supports cross-functional collaboration.As an early-career professional in Pharmaceutical Analytical R&D, I am motivated to contribute to method development, validation, and high-quality analytical research in a regulated industry environment while continuously expanding my technical and regulatory expertise.
