ABOUT TAMIKA MOSES

Tamika is the Award winning Founder and CEO of Robin Bird Realty, with nearly twenty years of experience across various sectors of the real estate industry, including mortgage, distressed, and traditional real estate. She commenced her academic journey at Florida A&M University and culminated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies & Communications from Florida Atlantic University. Her quest for knowledge led her to attain a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University in 2015. Alongside her robust credentials, she is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and owns the Florida Real Estate School, Robin Bird Real Estate Institute. Tamika is a CCIM Candidate and holds esteemed NAR Designations, including CIPS, CDPE, AHWD, RENE, and SFR.Throughout her career, Tamika has contributed her expertise to several prominent real estate brokerages in South Florida. In 2014, she embarked on a transformative journey by enrolling in FIU’s Master of Science in International Real Estate program, which propelled her to obtain her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2015. Inspired by her late mother, who championed her entry into real estate in 2004, Tamika established Robin Bird Realty Inc. in the Summer of 2018. The brokerage, named in honor of her mother\'s memory, symbolizes passion, honor, renewal, strength, and new beginnings.Since its establishment, Robin Bird Realty Inc. has facilitated transactions worth several million dollars and counting and has served as a tenant representative for notable national franchise retailers like A&R Workshops. Additionally, the brokerage has represented numerous multi-million-dollar online businesses in securing commercial spaces to lease and also has assisted developers, investors with their commercial acquisitions and dispositions of their commercial in the multi-family, office, industrial and land asset classes. Tamika holds leadership positions in various real estate boards, including serving as the 20••••25 President of The South Florida Board of Realtist, also known as NAREB SOUTH Florida. She is the 2025 President of the Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Board, making history to hold this position in the board\'s 104-year history.
