With my delivery teams, I look for ways to leverage individuals\' strengths, to load-balance, and to provide opportunities to grow and learn. What excites me is both new projects-getting to show what we can deliver-and bringing new ideas to long-time partners. I look beyond the next invoice or business review, using a strategic lens to envision how we can better meet client OKRs and demonstrate value as a consultative partner.
