Oversee a team of media planners/buyers, guiding them in the development of strategically sound campaigns -Serve as a thought leader on new and emerging technology and the manager of media resources -Serve as the lead planner for multi-channel digital campaigns-Lead ecosystem and journey mapping exercises to ensure key stakeholders have a holistic perspective of the digital universe -Collaborate with digital developers to ensure end destinations support campaign goals and the user experience at large -Identify the most relevant and actionable media insights from syndicated consumer data and utilize to build sound media strategies -Spearhead messaging exercises with creative and account service teams to ensure optimal use of inventory and guide test and learn scenarios -Use a DSP to plan programmatic advertising, with continued effort to expand our usage of the tool to include more streaming, OOH, etc-Continue evolving Brokaw\'s analytics, bringing data storytelling and modeling perspective to the table -Support new business development and nurture existing client relationships in collaboration with the account service team -Work closely with the creative team to ensure digital best practices are being followed and digital inventory is being used optimally Identify areas for team-wide workflow and process improvements, working with team leadership to implement them -Manage paid media processes, timelines, and communications for key accounts -including participating in client meetings as needed, organizing and initiating projects-Ensure all client work is always on time, on budget, and on par with Brokaw\'s high strategic-creative-media-digital standards -Lead team resources for effective and efficient accomplishment of agency and client goals, promote collaborative, cross-functional solutions to client needs -Anticipate the unanticipated and take initiative to solve client problems
